Full-Time Brand Ambassador

5 over 7 Days per week

We are currently looking for full-time Brand Ambassadors to join our team and represent leading premium alcohol brands within Dublin Airport's Duty Free and Travel Retail environment.

​

The role involves customer engagement, product education, tastings, brand experiences and supporting sales.

We're looking for someone who is confident speaking with customers, passionate about delivering great customer experiences and comfortable representing premium brands in a professional environment.

​

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, promotions or Brand Ambassador work is preferred.

What we're looking for

For our customer-facing positions, we're looking for people who are:

• Confident and professional

• Friendly and engaging with customers

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable communicating confidently in spoken English

• Well-presented and energetic

• Interested in premium alcohol brands

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, promotions or Brand Ambassador work is an advantage, although training is provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours

We operate 364 days a year with shifts available between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Due to the nature of the business, some weekend availability is required for certain positions. We work with our staff to facilitate a roster that fits your life where possible, while meeting the business needs of a busy airport.

Important – Dublin Airport requirements

As these positions are based within Dublin Airport, all candidates must be able to meet the requirements for airport access and security clearance.

​

Candidates must:

• Be 18 years or over

• Have a valid passport and legal right to work in Ireland

• Be able to provide a complete and verifiable 5-year history as required for airport security clearance

• Complete the required Garda vetting and background checks

• Provide overseas police clearance where required (If you’ve lived outside of Ireland for 6+ months in the past 5 years, a police clearance certificate from that country is required.)

• Meet the requirements for obtaining a Dublin Airport security pass

• Please ensure you meet these requirements before applying.

• Working hours

• We operate 364 days a year, with shifts generally available between 7am and 7pm.

• Working patterns depend on the position. Full-time roles are generally based around 5 days per week, while part-time and ad hoc roles offer greater flexibility.

• Some positions may require weekend availability.
